ICB Asset Management Company Ltd., a distinguished subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB).
Incorporated as a public limited company with an authorized capital of Tk 1.00 billion and a paid-up capital of Tk 885.94 million, it was registered under the Companies Act, 1994 on December 5, 2000. The Company received its license on October 14, 2001, from the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Mutual Fund Rules, 2001, to conduct mutual fund activities.
